How can your prices
be so low?
We get this question all the time, we are a family
owned and operated business, which means much care and love goes
into this business. We don't have a fancy print catalog which cost
$$$$, our labels are nice but simple and are made in house. Web
design and updates are done by my husband or myself (big savings).
These are just some ways in which we save $$
and pass those savings to you. We buy only in bulk and not from
large distributors. I purchase oils only for their quality not price.
I buy from small suppliers, distilleries and small farms all over
the world. The majority of our oils are tested by GC/MS for purity,
if you need a copy for an oil you have purchased all you have to

How do I place
an order?
The fastest and easiest way to order from us is through our website.
You can give your credit card number here (your number is secure
as our server encrypts all your personal information) most customers
order like this daily. Once your order is placed and approved you
credit card number is erased from our system. What does this mean,
we never see your credit card number only the bank. Of course you
can also order via Postal Mail with a check or money order. Please
note, there is a shipping hold on checks or money orders until they
reach our office and check clears. Just print the order form when

Method of Payment
We gladly accept, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
personal checks, and money orders as form of payment. Please note,
there is a shipping hold on checks until they have cleared the bank.
International orders: credit card only please.

What are your shipping rates?
1. Ground - Approximately $ 4.95-7.95 ground takes 5-7 business
days, M-F not including the shipping day. There is no weekend delivery.
2. 3 Day - Approximately $ 7-12.00. There is
no weekend delivery, merchandise arrives in 3 days not counting
shipping day, holidays or weekends.
3. 2nd Day -(order M-F before 12noon), Approximately
$14-17.00. There is on weekend delivery.
4. Orders shipping to Canada- UPS Standard (5-6
business days) M-F Cost 8-15.00 Custom duties, clearance, and taxes
are the customer's/recipient's responsibilities.
5. International Orders- Shipping charges for
international orders will vary depending on weight and destination.
We will email you a total before shipping. Custom duties, clearance,
and taxes are the customer's/recipient's responsibility.

What is your return
policy?
We want to make your shopping experience with us a pleasant one.
It you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please
return the merchandise in new condition (no
open or used items will be accepted) with in 30 days and
we will credit your form of payment.
Damaged goods DONOT
throw away the box the shipper must see the original box it arrived
in. If you don't have the original box we will not be able to file
a claim. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and the reason for
your return. We use customer comments to ensure our customers are

How do I know
you received my order?
You will receive a confirmation and a receipt if you ordered with
a credit card, via email within 30min of purchase, orders are shipped
24-48hrs after placing your order except weekends and holidays,
allow extra shipping time around special days, (Christmas, valentines,
mothers day). If items are on back order we will ship the items
in stock and then ship the out of stock merchandise your receipt
will reflect it.
